10 cars damaged and two set on fire in staff car park of Featherstone prison
Staffordshire Police detectives have appealed for information after more than 10 cars were damaged outside of Featherstone prison.

Officers from Staffordshire Police raced to HMP Featherstone on New Road, Featherstone, at around 2pm on Monday, January 20, following reports that 12 vehicles in a staff car park had been damaged by three unknown men wearing masks.
Two of the vehicles, all of which were located in the staff car park of the prison, were set alight.
Thankfully, no one was injured in the incident, however, Staffordshire Fire and Rescue Service had to attend to extinguish the cars.

Now, Staffordshire Police have launched an investigation into the incident, asking anyone with information to come forward.
A Staffordshire Police spokesperson said: "Officers went to HMP Featherstone on New Road, Featherstone, at around 2pm on Monday 20 January, following reports that 12 vehicles in a staff car park had been damaged by three unknown men wearing masks.
"Two of the vehicles were on fire and our colleagues from Staffordshire Fire and Rescue Service attended to put out the flames.
"We are investigating and have examined CCTV as part of ongoing enquiries."
Anyone with information is asked to get in touch with Staffordshire Police via their 101 number, or alternatively via the Live Chat service on their website, quoting reference number 294 of January 20.
HMP Featherstone refused to comment at this time saying: "It would be inappropriate to comment on a live police investigation."
