Firefighters battle blaze in 10-storey block of flats - residents evacuated
Fire crews rushed to a kitchen fire in a 10-storey block of flats.

West Midlands Fire Service crews were called to the block in the Aston area of Birmingham at 5.59pm today (Monday February 10).
A statement from the service this evening said the fire had started in a shared kitchen area on the second floor. "All occupants evacuated," a spokesperson for the service said.
The fire was extinguished by 6.25pm.
