'It's been unbelievable really': Promise-bound Oldbury cafe owner shares joy following free sandwich giveaway after West Brom signing
A cafe owner who promised to give out free sausage sandwiches if a Southampton star striker was signed for Albion has made good on his promise.

Ritchie Massey, owner of Massey's Cafe, which only opened three months ago, promised to hand out the free sarnies if Southampton's Adam Armstrong was signed for Albion in the recent round of transfers.
However, the cafe owner was shocked when his dream signing came true as Armstrong's loan was announced via Albion's X post telling him to 'get the fryer on'.
Now, Mr Massey, who owns the cafe on Fountain Lane, Oldbury, has thanked all those who visited the cafe after handing out almost 200 sausage sarnies to hungry football fans before the Albion v Sheffield Wednesday match on Saturday.
Mr Massey, 38, from Tipton, said: "I can't believe we actually did it. It's been unbelievable really, but we are always true to our word.
"This morning we have been packed, it has been really, really busy. I think so far we have done over 100 sausage sandwiches so far and people are still filtering in. It's been absolutely fantastic."
The cafe owner announced the sandwich giveaway on X, which was met with huge appraise, with the post being liked more than 600 times, including by West Bromwich Albion themselves.
The post was also reshared by Albion's official X page, being seen more than a million times.
Mr Massey said: "It's honestly been fantastic, I want to say thank you to everyone for getting involved, it's honestly brilliant, and thank you to the staff.
"I'd love to see everyone come back, any time, any day. Thank you, everyone."
