Kingswood Trust's outdoor learning centre holds some of the nearest and dearest memories for many of us, with generations of families visiting the centre as part of our youths.

The Kingswood (as it's known to many), sits on in Holyhead Road, Perton, began as a holiday camp in 1923 to provide holidays for 'poor' children in the area.

The original buildings were developed from WW1 Nissan huts with stretchers for beds, however, over the years it was developed to house the stone development buildings and outside learning areas that we all know and love now.

The learning centre focuses on features school trips and days out, team building exercises, community group activities and health and wellbeing retreats, as well as many more activities for everyone to get involved with.

So, to honour our fond memories, we have dipped into our archives to find pictures of our readers' happiest times at the outdoor learning centre.

See below our 11 pictures of happy times at the Kingswood Trust.
