Man dies in Netherton after being found in canal - police remain at scene
A man has died after being found in canal water in Netherton, it has been confirmed.

Fire crews were called to Bratch Close off Cradley Road near to Primrose Bridge, known locally as Astle Bridge, shortly before 9.05am on Friday (February 7).
A man found in the canal was brought to the shore by police officers and fire crews, a West Midlands Fire Service spokesman said.
The spokesman added: "A fire engine from Tipton and a fire engine from Haden Cross responded to the incident, supported by a crew of specialist technical rescue firefighters.
"...Very sadly, attending paramedics pronounced the individual dead at the scene. We left the incident with West Midlands Police in attendance."
