When Oldbury Grange in Oldbury was visited by the Care Quality Commission back in 2022, the home was told it needed to improve.

But last year, the home turned its fortunes around with the appointment of a new care home manager, and now proudly holds a 'Good' rating.

The CQC report states that residents told inspectors "staff treated them with kindness and respect" and that they were "supported to have maximum choice and control over their lives".
