South Staffordshire Council are due to consider the applications, and have a consultation exercise planned next month on February 15.

Members of Lower Penn Parish Council have organised the meeting to discuss the applications and are likely to discuss the effect on Greenbelt land in the area and the fact there are already three existing  BESS sites at Langley Road, Ebstree Road and Penstone Lane.

The meeting is open to all concerned and will take place at 6.30pm at Victory Hall, Greyhound Lane, Lower Penn
