'More than just a runway' - Mayor of Wolverhampton set to host fashion show
The Mayor of Wolverhampton, Councillor Linda Leach, will be hosting a fashion show in aid of her three chosen charities next month – featuring pre-loved outfits from the Beacon Centre's network of shops.

Charity Fashion and Fizz takes place at the Beacon Centre, Wolverhampton Road, on Tuesday, February 25. Doors open at 6pm and the fashion show, featuring over a dozen models, will start at 6.30pm.
All proceeds will go to the Mayor's chosen charities, the Beacon Centre, Age UK Wolverhampton and Samaritans Wolverhampton.
Mayor Councillor Leach said: “Join us for an unforgettable evening of style, fun, and community as we come together to support good causes that truly make a difference.

Tickets, which must be booked in advance, are available at www.tickettailor.com/events/beaconcentrefortheblind/1535591 and cost £15, including a glass of prosecco or alcohol-free alternative on arrival. Clothing will be on sale on the night.
