The disorder took place at the Navigation Inn on Wharf Road in the Kings Norton area of Birmingham at around 11.15pm on Saturday (January 25).
A Wetherspoon spokesman has confirmed the pub's manager was among those injured, alongside another man and a woman.
Kadeem Russell was arrested and has now been charged with three counts of wounding, possessing a blade and driving offences.
The 19-year-old, of Waterside Street in West Bromwich, appeared at Birmingham Magistrates Court on Monday where he was remanded in custody ahead of an appearance at Birmingham Crown Court in February.
Two other men, aged 20 and 25, have been arrested on suspicion of violent disorder.
They remained in police custody for questioning on Monday morning, a West Midlands Police spokesperson said.
A West Midlands Ambulance spokeswoman said: "We were called to reports of a stabbing on Wharf Road, Kings Norton, Birmingham at 11.15pm Saturday, January 25.
"Four ambulances, a paramedic officer, a critical care car from Midlands Air Ambulance Charity and a further critical care car from The Air Ambulance Service responded to the scene.
"Crews arrived to find three patients who had been injured. The two men and a woman were treated on scene before being conveyed to hospital for further care."
Wetherspoon spokesman Eddie Gershon described the incident as being "out of character" for the pub.
He said: "This was a horrific incident at the pub. Our thoughts are with those who were wounded, together with their colleagues, friends and family.
“The Navigation Inn is a popular local pub and this incident is completely out of character. We will continue to work with the police.”
