The double fronted shop located on Dudley Street, which comes with extra space at the rear and above, is appearing in Bond Wolfe’s next auction.

The freehold vacant property will have a guide price of more than £315,000 in the livestreamed auction on Thursday, February 6.

Ian Tudor, commercial auctions director at Bond Wolfe, said: “This property comprises a double fronted shop with a central entrance leading to a large retail area.

“There are a number of rear stores which could easily be incorporated into the retail area, and stairs lead to a first floor room, with a second room containing a kitchen unit and a toilet room.

“These premises, which are suitable for a variety of alternative uses subject to planning permission, are located in a prime position on Wolverhampton's main retail shopping street.

“Nearby operators include B&M, Marks and Spencer and Lupo Lounge, along with a healthy mix of other local and national operators.
