The Hogshead on Stafford Street has reopened following a six-figure investment by owners Stonegate Group, unveiling a brand-new food and drinks menu as part of its transformation.

It was officially reopened on Saturday, with DJ Niel Jackson spinning tunes until the early hours, while Sunday saw a special Q&A and meet and greet with Wolves’ legend, Steve Bull.

The Hogshead underwent the extensive three-week renovation after closing at the start of January, which has seen it completely redecorated, with brand-new state-of-the-art lighting installed throughout.

The refurbishment has also made the bar the home of pub sport in Wolverhampton, with all the major sports channels being shown on the venue’s HD TV screens.
