Man charged with rape following incident in Birmingham
A man is set to appear in court after being charged with rape following an incident in the early hours of Saturday.

Cornel Filipeche was also charged with robbery and causing grievous bodily harm following the incident on Walsall Road in Birmingham.
The 21-year-old, of no fixed address, was taken into custody on Wednesday and has been scheduled to appear at Birmingham Magistrates Court on Thursday.
A spokesman for West Midlands Police said: "A 21-year-old man has been charged with rape following an incident in Walsall Road, Birmingham, in the early hours of Saturday morning.
"Cornel Filipeche has also been charged with robbery and causing grievous bodily harm.
"Filipeche, of no fixed address, has remained in police custody and is due to appear at Birmingham Magistrates Court on Thursday.
