A new survey by football site Footy Accumulators has rated Wolves fans the third 'most moany' in the Premier League after a larger portion of their fans complained on X (Twitter) compared to their counterparts.
They calculated the total number of times that a select 12 ‘moany’ words and phrases were used by EPL fans, taking into account the size of each club’s X follower base.
There were over 50,000 tweets taken into consideration, with Wolves getting a 'moany score' of 57.2 out of 100, Newcastle United coming top with 61.2 and Brentford second.
Clubs that received a higher number of ‘moany’ tweets were given a higher score. For balance, the study also considered the number of times that a select 12 ‘supportive’ words and phrases were used, with the followership scale considered once again. Clubs that received a lower number of ‘supportive’ tweets were given a higher score.

Chris Donnelly is an ardent Wolves fan and had two areas of concern about the club and the game, the first being the transfer window.
