Failing temporary traffic lights in Smethwick and Wednesbury cause rush hour delays
A number of failing temporary traffic lights have been reported this morning with motorists and bus-users warned of delays at peak rush hour.

The first report came from National Express West Midlands regarding the lights at Crocketts Lane in Smethwick.
Drivers are told to expect heavy congestion on approach, and bus services 80, 87, and 89 are experiencing delays.
The second report concerns the temporary traffic lights on Black Country New Road in Wednesbury, where there is heavy traffic on approach and delays to bus services 11 and 11A.
The traffic is reported to be moving at a very slow pace on the A4037 Leabrook Road at the Parkway Roundabout.
National Express has apologised for the delays and is advising commuters to allow more time for their journeys.
Walsall Council and Sandwell Council have been approached for comment.
