Two arrested following suspected car theft in Staffordshire
A man and teenager have been arrested on suspicion of taking an Audi S3 from a home near Lichfield.

Two people, a 17-year-old boy and a 22-year-old man, have been arrested after Staffordshire Police responded to a suspected car theft in Lichfield on Tuesday morning.
Officers were called to a street near Deakin Way, Lichfield, at 3.20am, after someone spotted three people taking an Audi S3 from a nearby home.
One of the people drove off from the property in the Audi while the other two drove off in a Ford Fiesta.
A Staffordshire Police spokesperson said: "Officers were called to a street near Deakin Way at 3.20am when someone spotted three people taking an Audi S3 from a home.
"One of them drove off in the Audi and the other two drove off in a Ford Fiesta.
"Local officers flooded the area and started looking for the suspects. We spotted the Fiesta driving without its lights on and started following it."
Officers proceeded to sting the vehicle at Wall Island, where the two occupants then tried to run from police, but were quickly caught.
A 22-year-old man, from Birmingham, was arrested on suspicion of burglary, going equipped for theft, dangerous driving, failing to stop, failing to provide a specimen for analysis, driving without a licence and driving without insurance.
A 17-year-old boy, also from Birmingham, was arrested on suspicion of burglary, going equipped for burglary and vehicle theft.
The police spokesperson continued: "We’re working proactively across Staffordshire to target the organised crime groups responsible for vehicle theft as part of OpVala
"Our specialist roads policing officers are using all of the technology and tactics available to go after those responsible, no matter where they go."
Both remain in police custody for questioning.
