Three men to stand trial for alleged attack on family in a Walsall park
The jury has been sworn in in the case of three men accused of an alleged attack on a family in a Walsall park.
Stephen McCallum, aged 38; David Hammond, aged 39 and James Bond, aged 58 and all from Birmingham appeared at Wolverhampton Crown Court on Tuesday.
They all face counts of violent disorder and affray. McCallum also faces charges of wounding with intent and possessing an offensive weapon.
