It’s in an ideal position on the A34 and close to the M6 so we know the units on the park’s final plot, which are now being marketed, will attract significant interest. This is a substantial development and it’s great to begin the year with the new units ready for occupancy.
“Ultimately this means the creation of more employment opportunities in Stafford and is demonstration of our commitment to long-term investment where it matters on key development sites in our county,” Councillor White said.
Scarlet Court was developed by Weller Packaging, of Lynn Lane, Shenstone near Lichfield.
Weller's managing director Steven Weller said: “Staffordshire’s central location with excellent communications and transport links make it a top choice for the logistics sector and we’re pleased to offer our new units at Redhill.
“ In particular it offers everything a growing and ambitious business needs, with connectivity to the M6 in just a few minutes. We look forward to our units being occupied and supporting the town and county’s economic growth.”
