New programme for Bridgnorth's jazz night
A new programme has been set for a town's popular jazz night.

Bridgnorth Jazz played at The Black Boy for years but relaunched three years ago as The New Bridgnorth Jazz and now has a new programme on the first Sunday of the mont,h starting at 12.30pm at The Court.
Jennie Hart, organiser, said: “These are exciting times for The New Bridgnorth Jazz.
“January got off to a brilliant start with multi-award-winning saxophonist and clarinet player Alan Barnes, accompanied by young local drummer Ben Kempner and keyboard player Ben Goodman. Both Bens are graduates of the Birmingham Royal Conservatoire."
She added that on February 2, versatile jazz singer Laura Collins with local pianist and composer Liam Dunachie will perform at The Court, St. Mary’s Street.
On Sunday, March 2, jazz and cabaret performer Sally Jones, fresh from last year's tributes to Cole Porter and Edith Piaf, will entertain.
