Police pursue 'stolen' car in Bearwood and arrest wanted man
West Midlands Police has arrested a man who was already wanted on recall following a pursuit of a 'stolen' car.

West Midlands Police Traffic Unit spotted the car in Bearwood and said it saw the cloned Vauxhall Astra after it had been snatched in a robbery.
The car was pursued before being stung and both occupants decamped.
One of the occupants escaped on foot but the other was caught and was already wanted on recall to prison, with enquiries ongoing.
A spokesperson for West Midlands Police said on X: "Officers saw this cloned Vauxhall Astra in Bearwood after it had been stolen in a robbery.
"The car was pursued before being stung and both occupants decamped.
"One escaped on foot but the other was caught and was already wanted on recall to prison. Enquires ongoing."
