'Sham' landlord  Isaac Meggoe was sentenced to a 12-month community order after admitting an offence of dishonesty relating to the Wolverhampton Homes  property in Castlecroft where he was the official tenant for six years.

But at some stage he posed as a private landlord, providing a tenancy agreement and charged £575 per month rent for the one-bedroom flat.'

The matter came to light in December 2023 when Meggoe illegally evicted his tenant leaving them homeless and unable to access their belongings.
