The only road into Horden Park in Coven Heath, South Staffordshire is blocked by a pool of water that is around two feet deep in the worst parts and forty yards long.
One resident, who asked not to be named, is pleading for help - he says the problem has been ongoing since before Christmas and is causing him and his neighbours 'great difficulty'.
"I have to put my wellies on to go out of the front door," he said.
"The owner is doing the best he can by pumping the water when it comes, but it just floods again overnight."
The resident said the flood water has forced the manhole covers off the drains and worries that the pool surrounding some of the properties is contaminated with sewage.
"I'm worried about that," the resident said.
"The water has knocked all the manhole covers off. We are at our wits' end. In all my years living here, it has never been as bad as this."
