Repair teams were seen working at the site of Wave Close, Walsall, where residents were left for more than a week with no running water to their properties.
Running water to the block of flats was cut off when a power outage caused a surge in several electrical systems in the building's industrial water pump.
Following the outage, landlords, Green Square Accord, with the assistance of Severn Trent Water, supplied two water bowsers to the residents, as well as ten outdoor portable toilets, which residents said were 'too cold to use'.
Green Square Accords ordered the relevant repair parts to repair the systems, however, residents were told they would have to wait four to five days for the parts to arrive.
