Luke Clark, aged 34, of Lichfield Road, in Rushall, Walsall, was jailed for a total of 35 months for intentional strangulation and assault.
Mr Recorder Imran Shafi KC said he was "dangerous" and posed a serious risk of harm to potential partners.
Now, Staffordshire Police which carried initially arrested him after an incident in Lichfield have released his image.
He was jailed after separate incidents including at a property off Eastern Avenue in Lichfield on March 1 when two women, whom he knew, told police that he had attacked them leaving one victim with bite marks and both with reddening on the throat after he grabbed them.
Clark, who had issues with was again arrested on September 6 after one of the victims suffered a split lip and bruises on the face during an incident in the Lichfield Road area of in Brownhills.
For the offences Clark was jailed for a total of 35 months minus three months spent on remand in custody at a hearing held at Wolverhampton Crown Court sitting at Telford last month. He must serve half the total term before being released on licence.
