Palestine protestor remanded in custody after Christmas Day attack on Shenstone factory

A Palestine Action protestor has been remanded in custody after five arrests during break-in at Shenstone factory on Christmas Day.

UAV Engines, Lynn Lane, has been repeatedly targeted by Palestine Action due the protest group believing drone engines manufactured in the factory are used by Israel's army.

On Christmas Day protestors used cherry picker lorries to smash into the factory's walls causing considerable damage. 

Staffordshire Police made five arrests on Christmas Day, releasing four on Boxing Day but remanding a fifth, which the group referred to as Bryn, in custody until the New Year.

He has previously been arrested at the site during a protest in July, which brought the village to a standstill
