In what has become a tradition post-Christmas Day, shops and businesses have been opening their doors early on Boxing Day to welcome people looking for a sales bargain or maybe treating themselves to a present they didn't get for Christmas.
The annual sales period across the country will see around £3.7 billion spent and will see thousands of people out in shops and shopping centres.
In Wolverhampton, the likes of TJ Hughes, B&M, River Island, Marks & Spencer and H&M are open at the Mander Centre to shoppers looking for bargains, while Harvey Norman, Deichman, Nike and Kurt Geiger will be among the stores opening up at the Merry Hill Centre in Brierley Hill.
At New Square in West Bromwich, there will be opportunities for shoppers to look for bargains at stores such as Charlie Brown's Menswear, Deichmann, Next, Select and Yours Clothing, while Walsall shoppers can head to Crown Wharf to find bargains at TK Maxx, Smyths Toys, JD and Aldi.
In Stafford, shoppers can head to the Riverside Shopping Centre to look for bargains at Millets, Francesco Group, Lucy Alexander Bridal Boutique and BB's Florists, while the McArthurGlen Designer Outlet West Midlands in Cannock will have bargains available at top names, including Boss, Calvin Klein, Tommy Hilfiger, Castore and Joules.
