The verdicts were returned at Wolverhampton Crown Court this afternoon after a four week trial over the January 2021 killing.
Sikander Ali, 28, of Park Head Road, Netherton, was found not guilty of murder and possession of a firearm and Mohammed Shazad, 28, of Farm Road also of Netherton was found not guilty of perverting the course of justice concerning the disposal of the VW Golf used in the shooting.
Ali's solicitor Sardar Asghar was delighted with the verdict.
He told the Express & Star: "We are very pleased with the result. However, our hearts still go out to the family of the deceased. We are glad justice was done in relation of the defendants."
This was the fourth trial in connection with the murder of Mr Zeb.
Two men have already been found guilty of Mr Zeb's murder. Hassan Tasleem and Gurdeep Sandhu shot Mr Zeb outside his home on January 31, 2021.
A bullet hit his head, he was rushed to hospital but died the next day.
He was not involved in any of the previous violence but was related to members who were.
Ali was in the car at the time of the shooting but claimed he had no idea a drive-by-shooting was about to take place.
