Police trying to trace masked man after attempted break-in at Oldbury home

An appeal has been launched and an image released of a man West Midlands Police said it wants to speak to after an attempted break-in.

The incident took place in the early hours of November 29 on Saladin Avenue in Oldbury, with an image from the scene showing a man wearing a black hood and mask and a light blue jacket.

West Midlands Police have asked for anyone with any information to get in touch as soon as possible through Live Chat on the West Midlands Police website or by calling 101.

A spokesman for West Midlands Police said: "We want to speak to this man following an attempted break-in in Oldbury.

"It happened in Saladin Avenue at just after 5.50am on November 29.

"Anyone with information can contact us via Live Chat on our website, or by calling 101, and quote 20/829003/24."
