Fallen trees cause travel disruption in Wolverhampton and Bearwood as strong winds hit the West Midlands
Fallen trees have caused disruption on the bus network across Wolverhampton and the Black Country this morning.

A fallen tree on Lightwood Hill in Bearwood caused bus services 48 and 49 to divert.
National Express West Midlands tweeted on the problem this morning.
They also posted on X earlier this morning that due to a fallen tree on Tettenhall Road/The Rock in Wolverhampton, service number one had diverted towards Tettenhall via Henwood Road, The Holloway, Church Road and School Road.
Services in both areas have since returned to normal.
The Met Office weather forecast for the West Midlands is predicting gusty winds and overcast conditions, with heavy rain coming in through the morning and continuing into the afternoon for the rest of the day.
There are gusts of nearly 40mph in Wolverhampton this morning.
