Wednesbury Town officers recovered a stolen vehicle and, acting on intelligence, officers also conducted a search on an address in Wednesbury town centre and found a significant quantity of class A drugs.
Oldbury police officers seized a vehicle for no tax and seized a vehicle suspected to have been involved in the theft of power tools.
A spokesman for West Midlands Police said: "Relay theft is on the rise in Sandwell. Thieves can intercept your car key’s signal from outside your home and steal your vehicle, even if your doors are locked.
"Take steps to protect your car, such as using a signal-blocking pouch, reprogramming keys for used cars, disabling wireless fob signals, adding physical locks/immobilisers and asking your dealer about security upgrades.
"See someone acting suspiciously around vehicles? Trying door handles or lingering near driveways? Call 999 immediately.
"Your vigilance can help us combat relay theft."
