Smethwick leisure centre 'put on lockdown' after armed robber steals man's phone and coat
A Smethwick leisure centre was reportedly put on lockdown on Friday after a man was robbed and threatened with a weapon.

Police are trying to identify the robber after the incident that unfolded at Sandwell Aquatics Centre at around 6.30pm on Friday.
The Londonderry Lane swimming baths was reportedly put on lockdown after the armed robbery, which saw the victim get his phone and coat stolen whilst being threatened with what people thought was a gun.
Guests were reportedly kept inside the building to keep them safe after the man left with the weapon.
West Midlands Police officers are now looking at CCTV footage to identify him.
A spokesperson for West Midlands Police said: "We were called following reports of an armed robbery in Londonderry Lane, Smethwick, at around 6.30pm on Friday.
"Officers found a man was threatened with a weapon, and had his phone and coat stolen.
