Police have launched an investigation after a man's body was found in Walsall town centre.

Officers were called to Lichfield Street just before 5am today (Saturday).
The scene was cordoned off while police investigate to establish how the man died.
Anyone who can help with the investigation has been urged to come forward.
A spokesman for West Midlands Police said: "We were called to Lichfield Street, Walsall, just before 5am today, after the body of a man was found.
"An investigation is underway to establish the details.
"A scene is being held while we investigate.
"Our thoughts are with the man’s family.
