Weather forecasters said the storm will bring "very strong winds and heavy rain" through the weekend.
Inland gusts of 60 to 70mph are expected.

The Met Office yellow weather warning for Wolverhampton and the West Midlands started yesterday at 3pm. It runs until 6am on Sunday.
Wind gusts of up to 64mph are forecast this throughout the warning along with heavy rain.
On Saturday, the winds will get stronger with gusts rising from 46mph in the early hours to 64mph by 3pm. Heavy rain is forecast throughout the day - with the heaviest spells due from 7am to 3pm.
By Sunday the wind gusts are forecast to reduce from 54mph in the early hours to 39mph by 3pm. Light rain is forecast around 9pm to midday.
