Wolverhampton woman fined over misuse of Blue Badge in Shifnal

A woman has been ordered to pay more than £2,000 in fines and costs for displaying a Blue Badge that did not belong to her.

In a case brought by Shropshire Council, Zoe Randall from Burnhill Green, Wolverhampton, was charged with the misuse of a Blue Badge on April 25, 2024, in Shifnal town centre.

At Telford Magistrates Court on Monday, December 2, Randall was fined £300 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £120 and costs of £1,693.55 – a total of £2,113.55.
