A prolific shoplifter has been jailed after committing a string of offences across Brierley Hill.

Mohammed Adil has been sentenced to more than four months after committing a string of shoplifting offences.
The 24-year--old, of Adelaide Street in Brierley Hill, committed six thefts in October and November, targeting three shops for household products, but was arrested at the end of November and was sentenced at Walsall Magistrates Court.
A spokesman for West Midlands Police said: "We arrested Adil after visiting an associated address and he was subsequently charged and remanded in custody until his court hearing.
"Adil was sentenced to 18 weeks in prison at Walsall Magistrates Court last week.
"Shoplifting is a priority for us in Dudley and we are committed to targeting prolific offenders.
