West Bromwich murder suspects placed at scene of crime
A police officer has placed the two defendants accused of murdering Isaac Brown in West Bromwich at the scene of the crime.

Giving evidence on the second day of the trial at Bolton Crown Court, lead officer in the case Detective Constable Steven Thorpe said he was clear CCTV evidence showed the two teenagers were present in New Square Shopping Centre leading up to the murder on the Sunday evening of April 7.
He also placed both of them at the scene of a robbery earlier in the day in which a youngster was robbed at knife point close to Asda in Cape Hill, Smethwick.
Under cross examination from Robert Price of the prosecution, DC Thorpe said he had studied some 500 hours of CCTV footage around the case, as well as that taken from mobile telephones.
