The Express & Star visited the Birchills tip which is a magnet for fly-tippers and where the owners of the property have been ordered to clean it up.
The rubbish now runs along 20 metres of Dalkieth Street and a local resident, who did not want to be named, told us that as soon as workers remove rubbish more is replaced.
He said: "I've watched as this dump gets bigger, workers remove the rubbish and then hours later it is replaced.
"The people who own the factory have left it derelict for years and the courtyard became full of rubbish."
