Dudley Council is selling off the site of a former community centre in Kates Hill.

The council announced the sale of the land on Cavell Road which is 0.49 hectares.
Dudley Council published a public notice about the land sale, which said: "Dudley Metropolitan Borough Council proposes to dispose of land forming part of Public Open Space, namely land at Cavell Road.
"It is the site of former community centre, Kates Hill, and approximately is 0.49 hectares or thereabouts."
Potential buyers are invited to view detailed drawings of the land.
The public notice added: ""A plan showing the boundaries of the land referred to may be inspected at the mainnoticeboard in the main foyer area of Dudley Council Plus, 259 Castle Street, Dudley, DY1 1LQ between 10am. and 3pm, Monday to Friday."
However, residents who disagree with the land sale can object to the proposals but will have to do it before the deadline in December.
Objections to theproposed disposal should be sent to me at the under mentioned address, quoting reference: 24220/FMSF2/DK, by no later than Monday, December 2, to H Martin, Director of Regeneration and Enterprise Regeneration, 4 Ednam Road, Dudley, West Midlands, DY1 IHL.
