Van driver reported after being found with side of van wide open near Stafford
A van driver was reported by police after being found to have an open side door and unsecured load on the M6.

A van driver has been reported by traffic officers after he was found to be driving with a side door wide open and the load inside unsecured.
The officers from the Staffs Road Crime Team stopped the van on the M6 near Stafford and found the van driver was unaware of the door being wide open. He was reported for the offence at the scene.
A spokesman for Staffs Road Crime Team said: "A van was stopped on the M6 near Stafford.
"The driver was oblivious to the fact that his side door was wide open with his load insecure.
"The driver was reported for the offence. One seemingly small matter resolved which could have easily created a major incident."
