Motorists warned to expect delays as red lights stuck on roadworks in Tividale
Motorists in Tividale were warned to expect delays after an issue with lights at a set of temporary traffic lights.

There have been delays reported on a major road in Sandwell after temporary traffic lights put in place were found to be stuck on red.
The lights have been in place on the A457 Dudley East Road in Tividale near the junction with Albion Street since Monday for works by South Staffs Water, with the work scheduled to be completed by 11.59pm on Friday.
It was reported by West Midlands Roads at around 7.19am that the temporary red lights were stuck on red.
A spokesman for West Midlands Roads said: "On the A457 Dudley East Road near Albion Street in Tividale, temporary traffic lights in use and scheduled until November 22.
"There are reports this morning that the temporary traffic lights are stuck on red."
