The 50-year-old, of Oaklands, Wombourne, was arrested after officers armed with a warrant carried out a swoop at the business in Hampton Walk off Queen's Square on August 14 following a tip-off.
A revolver, 43 cartridges and 96.65 grams of cocaine along with a large amount of cash was discovered during the police raid.
Dhinsay was sentenced after pleading guilty at a previous hearing to two offences of possessing a prohibited firearm, three offences of possessing ammunition without a certificate and a charge of possession with intent to supply cocaine.

DC Carla Logan, from the Complex Investigation Team at the force, said: “Firearms and drugs play a significant role in criminality on our streets.
"It persistently erodes communities, ruining lives and blighting communities. We hope this sentence will offer a deterrent to other criminals who act in this way.”
