Planned road closure in Tipton for water works
Sandwell Borough Council has made an order to temporarily prohibit vehicles from entering a road in Tipton.

Under the order, Aston Road will be closed to traffic from the boundary line of property number four to the boundary line of property number five for the maximum duration of 18 months.
The restriction became effective on Monday, November 18, with work expected to be completed on the same day.
The closure will be implemented to facilitate access for repair works by Severn Trent Water.
A traffic diversion route will be signposted via Road Bridge, Toll End Road and vice versa.
Access to frontages will be maintained, but only when safety permits.
