Masked assailants on push bikes attack a man in Kidderminster - police appeal

A man was hurt in two alleged assaults by people "wearing black masks" which happened around ten minutes apart.

West Mercia Police said the attacks occurred in Kidderminster on October 19, with the first taking place at about 7.30pm on Woodward Road, followed by a second on Greatfield Road at approximately 7.40pm.

In a statement, the force said the man was "pushed to the floor" where he was "punched and kicked" by two people on both occasions.

He is said to have suffered cuts and bruising in the attacks.

A force spokesperson added: "It’s believed the same suspects carried out both assaults. The suspects were on pushbikes and wearing black masks.

"We’d like to hear from anyone who was in either of the areas at the time and may have witnessed the assaults or have CCTV, video doorbell or dashcam footage showing the assaults themselves or the two suspects on bikes."
