M6 motorway cleared after hours of delays following collision near Birmingham
The M6 has fully reopened after being left with severe delays following a collision which caused several lanes to be closed.

The M6 has fully reopened after a collision which left a man needing treatment and several lanes were closed, with long lines visible on the northbound carriageway.
The collision happened around 6.50am on Thursday morning and left several lanes closed while members of National Highways West Midlands worked to recover a car at the scene.
A crew from West Midlands Ambulance Service were also called to the scene and treated a man who had been the driver of the car for injuries not believed to be serious and who was discharged with self care advice.
The M6 was left with significant delays for around two hours, but all lanes were confirmed as reopened at 9.44am.
A spokesman for National Highways West Midlands said: "All lanes have now reopened on the M6 northbound between Junction 6 for Spaghetti Junction and Junction 7 for Great Barr, following recovery and clean up.
"Congestion should begin to ease."
A spokeswoman for West Midlands Ambulance Service said: “We were called at 6.51am to a road traffic collision involving multiple vehicles on the M6 between junctions 6 and 7 in Perry Barr, Birmingham.
"One ambulance attended the scene. Upon arrival we found a man who was the driver of the car.
"He was assessed and had sustained injuries not believed to be serious.
"He received treatment at the scene along with self care advice before being discharged.”
