A former Shrewsbury man caught with more than £10,000 of cocaine and nearly £1,000 in cash after playing a “significant role” in peddling the drug in the town, has been jailed, despite having given up dealing for an isolated life in Bridgnorth.

Scott Baillie, aged 34, was found in a flat in Nettles Lane, Frankwell when officers raided the property on August 18 last year.

Mr Simon Parry prosecuting told Shrewsbury Crown Court on Thursday that Baillie was found in a first floor bedroom.
