Man charged with list of offences after police find cocaine and passport in Staffordshire

A man has been charged with a string of offences after police found cocaine, a passport and a mobile phone in Rugeley.

Ervin Billa, 23, of no fixed address, has been charged with drug supply, driving and immigration offences, a spokesperson for Staffordshire Police said. 

They include possession with intent to supply a controlled drug of class A, possess and or control identity documents with intent, knowingly entering the UK in breach of a deportation order, driving a motor vehicle otherwise than in accordance with a license and using a motor vehicle without third party insurance.

It comes after police stopped a white Fiat 500 on St Pauls Road, Rugeley, at about 2.50pm on October 30 and searched the driver.

Billa has been remanded in custody ahead of an appearance at Stafford Crown Court on November 29.
