This local customer has moved to an expanded site, where we relocated an oven previously purchased from us and added specialized installations to enhance their production capabilities.

 At the core of the new facility is the Poseidon spray booth, a high-performance solution tailored for Hills Helicopters’ precision needs. 

Featuring a raised floor design for optimal airflow, full downdraught extraction for superior finishes, and Eco+ modes to reduce energy consumption, the Poseidon booth provides an efficient and sustainable approach to meet the demands of their production. Additionally, a dedicated paint mixing room was installed to streamline their workflow, allowing for precise colour matching and easy access to essential tools.

An exciting addition to Hills Helicopters’ new facility is a purpose-built temperature-controlled composite room. 

This fit-out is essential for maintaining the integrity of specialized components in helicopter manufacturing, providing a stable environment that ensures high-quality standards for critical materials.
