Gainsborough and Hednesford fans clashed on the Keys Park pitch after the visitors made it 3-3 in stoppage time after a comeback for the ages.

Hednesford’s enjoyed a dream start to their first appearance in the first round in 11 years, going 3-0 up after 49 minutes through strikes from Manny Duku, Omar Holness, and Dominic McHale.

However, Declan Howe struck twice for the Holy Blues before a Will Lancaster thunderstrike in stoppage time to send the tie to extra time.

Some Hednesford fans ran onto the pitch to confront the away support and the referee subsequently took the players into the dressing rooms.

The cup went to extra time with the scoreline at 3-3.
