Trams cancelled after tree falls on West Midlands Metro overhead line
There is disruption on the West Midlands Metro tonight after a tree fell onto the overhead line.
The Metro announced on Twitter that trams were unable to run between West Bromwich Central and St Chads this evening after the tree fell.
A spokesman for the Metro said the infrastructure team is working to resume full service.
Trams were still unable to run between the two stations at 7.45pm.
