Wolves fans 'attacked by rivals' ahead of Europa League clash

Travelling Wolves fans have been reportedly attacked ahead of the club's Europe League fixture in Portugal.

Wolves fans have reportedly been attacked as they arrived in Portugal for the club's Europa League match

Reports on social media claim Wolves fans were confronted by Standard Liege supporters in a bar in Porto last night.

Footage has also emerged showing people running from police in a Portuguese street tonight.

Wolves are playing Braga tomorrow, which is around 60km from Porto.

Belgian-side Standard Liege are playing Vitoria SC in Guimaraes, which is around 22km southeast of Braga.

Last night, one Wolves fan said he suffered a "fractured cheek bone, a fractured eye socket, a broken nose and a split lip" after the confrontation.

He claimed Standard Liege fans "charged into the place."
