after she was found guilty of serious misconduct over a visit she made to a murder victim's family.

She had initially been suspended in March when the allegations first came to light.

Now it has emerged Ms Mosquito is set to take Mr Jamieson to a tribunal which has been listed for next year, according to HM Courts and Tribunal Service.

Ms Mosquito's union, Unite, and the office of Mr Jamieson have declined to comment.

Ms Mosquito, who has always denied any wrongdoing, was suspended after it emerged she had visited Kenichi Phillips' family to pray with them after the 18-year-old was shot dead in Ladywood, Birmingham, in March.

The independent panel found that she had not informed the force or the PCC's office of her visit and caused 'ongoing upset and distress to the family'.

Her actions were ruled to have 'clearly interfered' with operational policing.
